I just have to say, I LOVE it! I actually have several DVDs of pilates at home, but they're never convenient because my boys are always watching the TV in the room to which it is connected. I can do your program in the privacy of my bedroom with nothing but my phone and my mat. The workout is fantastic, especially the way you can shuffle the deck. You never do the same workout twice!
The timers are great and so effective. Also fantastic is the leveling. It goes from beginner to intermediate to advanced, so it works fantastic for everyone!
When I finish the workout, I feel as happily tired as from my class and as if I had been equally challenged! Your program is rapidly becoming an integral part of my weekly routine!
