RIM Launches the BlackBerry App World (with a few glitches) 

The biggest news this week (from my POV, that is) is the launch of the BlackBerry App World. Because our FitDeck Mobile app is available during this launch, we had an inside perspective as to how it went down. And there were some glitches. All of our initial customers were able to buy the app; however, many had troubles downloading it and none received a keycode to unlock the app. Thus, we spent a bit of time sorting out the customer service issues and finally resolved all of the problems today (as far as I can tell, anyway).
